The scent of the sea is a guesthouse overlooking the Poetto beach sea in Cagliari. We offer four double rooms with sea view, each with a private balcony or terrace, and a fifth room with a view of the garden. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, heating, and wifi.

The room is 16 mq large, it has standard double bed, ensuite private bath, air conditioning/heating, wifi and frigo. We cannot host more than 2 guests per room even if the third guest is a small kid.

The room is on the third floor without lift and it is 14 mq wide ( not considering the bath), has king size double bed, air conditioning/heating, ensuite private bath, tv,wifi, firdge and a private terrance ( 10 mq) with lateral sea view, sunbeds and sun protection electric curtain for the balcony.

I have been doing this job for 15 years, but I have also worked in large resorts and for a Winter Olympics.
I have a degree in law and I was almost a lawyer for a while.
My passion is books (there are so many books in the Guest House that sometimes I think it is a library where you can also sleep) and the sea, but with strong winds and waves.
